- No more than one accident (last 3 years)

- Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)

Join Eclectic Logistics in Arlington Heights, IL for a lease-purchase flatbed role that prioritizes driver support and operational flexibility. This opportunity combines on-the-road work with a clear path to ownership while operating quality equipment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and maintain flatbed tractor-trailers; perform thorough pre/post-trip checks.
- Load, secure, and tarp freight using industry-standard load securement practices.
- Maintain accurate logs, follow DOT regulations, and coordinate with dispatch and support.
Compensation & Equipment: Earn 80% of gross, with typical weekly gross $7,500–$10,000; lease-to-own in one year with 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner.
