Daily duties involve hauling and securing flatbed freight across regional lanes, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, keeping accurate logs, and representing the company professionally at customer sites.

Key responsibilities:

Load securement, tarping, and proper tie-down techniques
On-time, safe delivery and basic route planning around MD and nearby states
Routine equipment inspections and clear recordkeeping

Compensation is 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000. Lease-to-own in one year, newer 2019–2020 tractors, pet/rider-friendly policy, 24/7 support and a 90-day test drive are available.
