Primary duties:

Safely transport and secure flatbed freight on local, regional, and long-haul runs.
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and routine equipment checks.
Keep precise trip documentation, adhere to DOT regulations, and liaise with dispatch.

The role offers an 80% split of gross (avg $7,500–$10,000 per week) and a lease-to-own track able to achieve ownership within one year. Equipment includes 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner trucks; benefits include pet/rider policies, 24/7 support, and a 90-day test drive.
