Eclectic Logistics offers a lease-purchase flatbed opportunity for drivers in Dundalk, MD that pairs strong pay with a clear path to ownership. Drivers take an 80% split of gross, with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000, and can pursue truck ownership through our lease-to-own program within one year.

Your responsibilities:

Safely transport and deliver flatbed freight across assigned routes.
Secure loads, apply tarps and restraints, and follow weight and safety protocols.
Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip equipment inspections and document findings.
Coordinate with dispatch and our 24/7 support team to resolve issues and keep routes on schedule.
