Eclectic Logistics offers a supportive, flexible opportunity in Irving for flatbed drivers aiming to grow their careers. Earn 80% of gross with weekly averages of $7,500–$10,000 and pursue ownership via our one-year lease-to-own program; a 90-day test drive is included. Drive modern 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner tractors.

Core responsibilities:

Operate and secure flatbed loads, handle tarping and load distribution for local and regional runs.
Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate trip paperwork and BOLs.
Work with dispatch to optimize routing and meet delivery windows.
