Key responsibilities:

Safely operate flatbed tractor-trailers and secure diverse loads using proper tarping and tie-down techniques.
Perform detailed pre-trip/post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
Keep precise logbook/ELD records, adhere to HOS rules, and maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers.

Pay & Ownership: Compensation is 80% of gross with typical weekly gross between $7,500–$10,000; lease-to-own attainable in one year with late-model equipment options.

Drivers benefit from pet/rider policies, 24/7 support, a structured inspection program, and a 90-day test drive.
