Work with a carrier focused on driver wellbeing and operational excellence. From Sioux City, IA, this lease-purchase flatbed assignment includes regional and interstate flatbed hauls, requiring professional load handling, tarping, and adherence to safety regulations.

Key responsibilities:

Operate 2019–2020 model tractors (Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner) and flatbed equipment, keeping units road-ready.
Perform comprehensive pre/post-trip inspections, keep precise logs and trip paperwork.
Secure freight to DOT-compliant standards, manage tarping and tie-downs, and coordinate with dispatch and 24/7 support.

Compensation is 80% of gross with average weekly gross between $7,500–$10,000 and a lease-to-own route to ownership within one year.
