Eclectic Logistics, recruiting in Starkville, MS, presents a lease-purchase flatbed driving opportunity focused on competitive pay and a route to ownership. Daily duties include transporting flatbed freight, securing diverse loads, and maintaining accurate trip documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Secure and tarpaulin loads, use straps/chains and operate winches per industry practice.
Conduct pre- and post-trip equipment inspections and log findings.
Maintain clear communication with dispatch and adhere to DOT hours-of-service and safety standards.

What We Offer:

80% of gross pay with $7,500–$10,000 weekly potential, lease-to-own within a year, 2019-2020 Peterbilt/Kenworth/Freightliner trucks, pet & rider-friendly policy, 24/7 support and a 90-day test drive.
