HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Bethesda, MD

Join HMD Trucking as we seek experienced OTR Solo CDL A Drivers to manage HAZMAT freight nationwide.

What We Provide:

  • Strong mileage pay starting at 60 CPM, plus an extra 4 CPM for hazmat transportation.
  • Average weekly mileage of around 2,500, with bonuses available for safe driving and clean inspections.
  • Access to modern trucks (less than 3 years old) equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping arrangements.
  • Dependable in-house maintenance support for uninterrupted journeys.
  • Regular home time every two weeks, with full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Requirements:

  • A valid CDL A license and a minimum of 12 months of driving experience.
  • A focus on safety and a desire to be part of a driver-centric team.

Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • Hazmat endorsement
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

  • CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
  • +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
