OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Boston, MA by Benefit Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

What You’ll Do:
- Transport dry van and hazardous materials safely
- Adhere to DOT and company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate vehicle and inspection logs
We offer $0.65–$0.77 per mile, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, hazmat and safety premiums, health, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) matching, PTO, and bonus incentives.
