Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Orientation Pay: $150
Vacancy description
Haul HAZMAT freight nationwide from Cedar Rapids, IA onboard HMD Trucking’s modern OTR fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive late-model tractors with sleepers, APUs, and inverters
- Ensure compliance with all hazmat regulations and recordkeeping
- Conduct inspections and report maintenance needs promptly

- Strong pay at 65 CPM + 2 CPM for hazmat loads
- Weekly mileage averages near 2,500 miles plus safety and referral bonuses
