HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Council Bluffs, IA
HMD Trucking is searching for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Drivers to handle HAZMAT freight nationwide.
What We Offer:
- Competitive mileage pay starting at 60 CPM, plus an additional 4 CPM for hazmat loads.
- Average weekly miles of around 2,500.
- Bonuses available for safe driving and clean inspections.
- Home every two weeks with a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid CDL A license and at least 12 months of OTR driving experience.
- Ability to safely manage hazardous materials is essential.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home
