HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Germantown, MD

HMD Trucking is actively seeking skilled OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport HAZMAT freight throughout the country. We provide a strong mileage pay structure starting at 77 CPM Split, with an additional 4 CPM for hazmat loads, ensuring weekly averages of around 5,000 miles, alongside bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections.

What You Can Expect:

  • Operate modern trucks under 3 years old that come equipped with APUs, inverters, and spacious sleepers.
  • Enjoy reliable in-house maintenance support.
  • Return home every two weeks while receiving full benefits such as health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL A license with a minimum of 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • Hazmat endorsement
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

  • +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
