HazMat Company Driver (W-2) - Mission, TX
Join HMD Trucking as a skilled OTR Solo CDL A Driver to transport HAZMAT freight across the nation.
What We Provide:
- Competitive mileage pay starting at 60 CPM, with an additional 4 CPM for hazmat transportation.
- Weekly average of around 2,500 miles, plus bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections.
- Modern trucks under three years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping areas.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every three weeks with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license and at least 12 months of driving experience.
- A strong commitment to safety and a focus on success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
