OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Oshkosh, WI by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely haul HAZMAT freight on long-haul routes
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Collaborate with dispatch for optimized delivery schedules
Drivers start at 65 CPM plus 2 CPM on hazmat loads, average 2,500 miles weekly, and earn bonuses for safety, clean inspections, and referrals. Benefit from bi-weekly home time, modern tractors under three years old (APUs, inverters, sleepers), in-house maintenance support, and full benefits: health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
Qualifications:
- CDL A license
