Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Peoria, IL by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate dry van Hazmat runs with a CDL A team
- Ensure compliance with Hazmat and safety regulations
- Keep accurate logs and conduct vehicle inspections
Command late-model trucks featuring APUs, inverters, and sleeper units, backed by in-house maintenance support. Enjoy steady two-week home time and a professional, safety-first culture.
Deliver approximately 5,000 miles weekly while earning bonuses for safety, clean inspections, and referrals, all built on a competitive pay structure.
