HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Silver Spring, MD

Join HMD Trucking as we recruit experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to handle HAZMAT freight on a national scale. We offer a competitive mileage pay starting from 77 CPM Split, with an extra 4 CPM for hazmat loads, leading to weekly mile averages of about 5,000 and bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections.

What We Provide:

  • Drive modern trucks less than 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
  • Access reliable in-house maintenance support.
  • Home every two weeks with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid CDL A license with at least 12 months of experience.
  • Hazmat endorsement required. Consider HMD for competitive pay and a team that prioritizes safety and success.

Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • Hazmat endorsement
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

  • +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
