HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Waterloo, IA
HMD Trucking is searching for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Drivers to handle HAZMAT freight across the nation.
Benefits Include:
- Mileage pay beginning at 60 CPM, plus an additional 4 CPM for hazmat loads.
- Average weekly mileage of around 2,500 miles.
- Bonuses for clean inspections and safe driving.
- Home every two weeks, with a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Driver Requirements:
- Must hold a valid CDL A license with at least 12 months of experience.
- Ability to safely transport hazardous materials is required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home
