Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Ankeny, IA
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a rewarding OTR position? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the Midwest with top-notch equipment and competitive pay. Enjoy the benefits of over-the-road driving while getting home each week.
Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our routes ensure you have consistent miles while keeping family time a priority.
Equipment:
- Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfort.
- Take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handling dry van freight with 95% no-touch freight and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Focus on driving without heavy physical demands.
Pay and Miles:
- Drivers earn between $1,200 to $1,600 weekly, influenced by mileage and performance.
- Additional pay includes detention based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Routes span across Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa.
- All tolls are covered by EZ Pass and toll cards.
