Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
• Our OTR routes are structured to ensure you have a steady flow of miles while spending time with family and fulfilling personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate control.
• Bring your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Focus on driving with 95% no-touch freight and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing the physical workload for optimal efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers typically earn around $1,150 each week based on mileage and performance.
• Additional earnings include detention pay according to customer policies, $12 per hour in layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Routes cover Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:
