Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Based in Chicago (60631), run regional dry‑van lanes across the Midwest with consistent home‑weekly schedules and transparent mileage pay through HMD Trucking. This role centers on reliable local-to-regional runs operating out of the Chicago area using modern, well‑maintained tractors.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $0.70 per mile for all miles and a $2,500 sign‑on bonus
- Weekly home time, health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, orientation and referral bonuses
- Access to a fleet of 500+ modern trucks and equipment
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Safely operate dry van equipment, perform pre/post‑trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Deliver freight on schedule and comply with DOT regulations
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable commercial driving experience
