- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Key responsibilities:
- Drive company equipment on scheduled Midwest lanes and deliver freight on time.
- Conduct required inspections, maintain logs, and adhere to DOT and company policies.
Perks:
- $0.70 per mile, $2,500 sign‑on bonus, orientation and clean‑inspection bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits and access to a 500+ truck fleet.
Minimums:
- CDL‑A and 12 months verifiable commercial driving experience.
