Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR position that guarantees weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dependable dry van routes across the Midwest with excellent equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time: You will be home each week for a 34-hour reset, ensuring you have time for family and personal commitments while driving steady miles.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as there’s safe parking available.

No Touch Freight: Most of the freight we handle is dry van, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, allowing you to focus on driving without heavy lifting.

Pay and Miles: Drivers earn an average of $1,100 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional pay includes detention compensation based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Our routes span Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Kentucky, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance will begin the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additionally, we offer $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
