Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical effort? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Northeast, utilizing top-quality equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time: You’ll be home every week for a 34-hour reset, ensuring you can balance work and personal life effectively.

Equipment: Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. You may take your assigned truck and trailer home provided there’s safe parking available.

No Touch Freight: Enjoy primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This means less physical labor and more time to focus on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can earn between $1,000 and $1,450 weekly, influenced by mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policies, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area: Our routes cover the Northeast from Maine to Virginia, with all tolls paid through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning the first of the month following 60 days of employment, along with $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
