Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Hoboken, NJ

Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR role that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical effort? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, ensuring you have great equipment and competitive compensation.

Home Time:

• Return home every week for a 34-hour reset.
• Our OTR routes are structured to provide consistent miles while allowing you to keep in touch with family and personal life.

Equipment:

• Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, fitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems.
• You may take your designated truck and trailer home, given there's safe parking.

No Touch Freight:

• Mainly dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
• Minimal physical exertion lets you concentrate on driving and maximizing efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers can expect to earn between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly, based on mileage and performance.
• Extra compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay post first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

• Routes cover Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
• All toll costs are covered with EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
• $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%.
• Passenger policy available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
