Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Myrtle Beach, SC

Position Highlights:

• Average earnings ranging from $1,150 to $1,500 weekly, based on performance and mileage.
• Most freight is no-touch (95%) with 85% drop and hook, ensuring reduced physical effort.
• Operating areas include GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.

Fleet Overview:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for enhanced climate comfort.
• Drivers can take the truck and trailer home, provided there’s a safe location for parking.

Comprehensive Benefits:

• Benefits start on the first of the month after 60 days of employment, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
• $20,000 in company-paid life insurance.
• Vacation pay and a 401(k) plan with a 50% match up to 3%.
• A passenger policy available after 30 days, with age restrictions based on the time of year.

Additional Pay Opportunities:

• Detention pay as per customer guidelines.
• Layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour.
• An annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
• All tolls covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation Details:

• Orientation spans three days from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations.
• We provide transportation by bus or train, along with a private hotel room and meals during orientation.
• Orientation sites include Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
