Home Time:

• Enjoy being home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are structured to ensure you maintain steady miles while spending quality time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive cutting-edge International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks outfitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Handle primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This means minimal physical work, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Our drivers typically average around $1,150 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policies, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area:

• Routes span Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance become effective on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions.
