Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Rockville, MD
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking a fulfilling OTR role that guarantees weekly home time and minimal physical demands? Look no further! At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the Northeast with top-notch equipment and competitive pay. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while having a consistent schedule that gets you home every week.
Home Time:
- Regularly home every week for a 34-hour reset, ensuring quality time with family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. Your assigned truck and trailer can be taken home if safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handling dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, allowing you to concentrate on driving without the physical strain.
Pay and Miles:
- Our drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,150 per week, based on mileage and performance. Additional benefits include detention pay as per customer policy, $12 per hour for layover after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Covering routes in Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
