Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Trenton, NJ

Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity that offers weekly home time and minimal physical demands? Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset, designed to ensure you maintain regular time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. Your assigned truck and trailer can be taken home as long as there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, allowing you to focus on driving with minimal physical work required.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers average between $1,000 and $1,450 per week based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Northeast regional routes from Maine to Virginia, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts the month after 60 days of employment, plus $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
