Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Waldorf, MD

Are you a CDL-A driver seeking a fulfilling OTR opportunity that provides you with weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes across the Northeast, equipped with excellent equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time: You will be home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you quality time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as there’s safe parking available.

No Touch Freight: With a focus on dry van freight, experience 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This allows you to concentrate on driving and maximize your efficiency with minimal physical tasks.

Pay and Miles: Drivers average between $1,000 and $1,450 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for safe driving.

Running Area: Northeast regional routes stretching from Maine to Virginia. All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: We provide medical, dental, and vision insurance starting the first of the month following 60 days of employment, alongside $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy becomes available after 30 days with age restrictions.
