Home Time:

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are crafted to deliver steady miles while allowing you to spend quality time with family and manage personal responsibilities.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model vehicles including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate control. You can take your assigned truck home, provided safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Focus primarily on dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. Minimal physical work is required, allowing you to concentrate on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers generally earn between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional pay includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour for layover after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area:

• Routes span across Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
