Dedicated Tanker Company Driver (W-2) - Lancaster, PA
Join Standard Logistics as a Dedicated Tanker Company Driver in Lancaster, PA, where we emphasize employee satisfaction and customer service.
What We Provide:
- 5 days on with 2 fixed days off, ensuring you are home each night.
- Start times available at 2:30 AM, 9:30 AM, and 1:30 PM.
- Daily working hours will be between 12 and 14.
- Competitive compensation of $85,000 to $100,000, which includes hourly pay, overtime, and safety incentives.
- Benefits start on day one, along with a generous employer match on your 401(k).
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate an asphalt tanker to deliver roofing materials for residential and commercial projects.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and team members, ensuring equipment cleanliness.
- Conduct pre and post-trip inspections, verifying all paperwork is complete and accurate.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A with hazmat and tanker endorsements is required.
- At least 1 year of Class A driving experience with a clean driving record is necessary.
- A TWIC card is highly preferred.
