Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate team driving handoffs
- Navigate efficiently with ELD and GPS systems
- Maintain clean inspection reports
- Comply with DOT and company safety policies
What We Offer:
- 77¢/mile split, roughly 5,000 miles weekly
- Bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals
- Home every two weeks and robust benefits package
Must have a valid CDL A and 12 months OTR experience.
