OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Baltic, SD by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

HMD Trucking is recruiting experienced OTR solo CDL-A dry-van drivers to run nationwide freight from Baltic, SD. Expect reliable freight, strong mileage starting at 65 CPM with weekly averages around 2,500 miles, plus bonus opportunities for safety and clean inspections.
What you’ll do:
- Operate and secure dry-van loads across interstate routes.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and coordinate with dispatch.
- Uphold safety and company compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience.
Drivers get trucks under three years old with APUs and sleepers, in-house maintenance support, home every two weeks, and comprehensive benefits and retirement options.
