OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Chattanooga, TN by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Drive nationwide as a solo OTR CDL-A dry van operator from Chattanooga for HMD Trucking, managing deliveries, ELD logs and routine inspections while maintaining safety and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport dry van freight across regional and national lanes.
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and ELD paperwork.
- Communicate with dispatch to meet schedules.
Equipment & Pay: Modern tractors (<3 years) with APUs, inverters and sleepers; in-house maintenance. Pay starts at 65 CPM, averages near 2,500 miles/week, plus safety, inspection and referral bonuses.
Benefits & Schedule: Home about every two weeks; full health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).
Requirements: CDL-A and minimum 12 months verifiable experience.
