Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, although two-week periods can occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, enabling drivers to take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month after 60 days of employment, alongside vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
