Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Accept nationwide dry-van OTR assignments with HMD from Cordova, TN, hauling consistent freight lanes that support steady miles and on-time performance. Equipment is late-model and driver-friendly—APUs, inverters and sleepers are standard—and maintenance is handled in-house to keep you moving.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company tractors on long-haul OTR routes, adhering to hours-of-service and ELD requirements.
- Complete pre- and post-trip inspections, report defects and maintain clean inspection records.
- Work with dispatch to manage routes, deliveries and paperwork efficiently.
Requirements & Benefits:
- CDL-A required with at least 12 months verifiable experience.
- Starting pay 65 CPM with weekly averages around 2,500 miles and safety/inspection/referral bonuses.
- Home every two weeks, comprehensive health/dental/vision plans, PTO and 401(k).
