Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though two-week periods may happen. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring models such as Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for reaching 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first month after 60 days, along with vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers are eligible for dedicated accounts.
