Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Harrisburg, PA
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers for freight transportation nationwide. Our pay structure starts at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles, along with bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license is required.
- At least 12 months of driving experience.
- A strong focus on safety and success in your driving career.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
