Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

Our modern fleet (under 3 years old) includes sleepers, APUs, inverters, and full in-house maintenance support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team-driven route coordination
- Utilize ELD and GPS for precise routing
- Keep inspections and logs spotless
- Follow DOT and company safety standards
What We Offer:
- 77¢/mile split, ~5,000 miles per week
- Safety, inspection and referral bonuses
- Biweekly home time with full benefits
