Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Newark, DE
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers for freight transportation across the nation.
What We Provide:
- Mileage pay that begins at 60 CPM.
- Average weekly miles of approximately 2,500.
- Bonuses available for safe driving, clean inspections, and driver referrals.
- Access to newer trucks, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
- In-house maintenance support for your peace of mind.
- Bi-weekly home time with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).
Candidate Requirements:
- Must hold a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience.
- A dedication to safety and a team-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
