Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an exciting OTR opportunity with great pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, you’ll be out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on your location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but some 2-week periods may occur. Your schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a well-kept fleet, with trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, and feature 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles driven weekly. Our base rate ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with the potential for dedicated drivers to reach up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Employees become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
