OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Sioux Falls, SD by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Run nationwide dry van freight with HMD Trucking out of Sioux Falls, SD. Drivers operate late-model tractors featuring APUs, inverters, and sleepers, backed by dependable in-house maintenance and an operations team focused on driver success.
Primary Duties:
- Deliver dry van freight across long-haul routes, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections, accurate logs, and required electronic paperwork.
Standards & Expectations:
- Maintain DOT compliance, safety-first operating habits, and clear dispatch communication.
Minimum Qualifications: CDL-A license and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience. Competitive mileage pay starts at 65 CPM with bonuses for safe, clean performance.
