OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Troy, MI by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Drive for HMD Trucking out of Troy, MI as an OTR solo CDL A dry van operator on nationwide freight. Receive competitive mileage starting at 65 CPM, with weekly averages of around 2,500 miles and bonuses tied to safe driving, clean inspections and successful referrals. Our late-model fleet (under three years) includes sleepers, APUs and inverters and is supported by in-house maintenance for dependable uptime. Expect regular OTR rotations that allow home every two weeks and comprehensive benefits like health, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k).
Responsibilities:
- Safely handle dry van long-haul runs and on-time deliveries.
- Perform and document pre/post-trip inspections and logs.
- Ensure cargo security and adherence to company/DOT safety rules.
Qualifications:
- CDL A license with at least 12 months verifiable experience.
- Strong safety focus and clean driving record.
