OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Warren, MI by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Your Responsibilities:
- Drive solo OTR dry van routes safely and in compliance with FMCSA and company standards.
- Conduct required inspections, maintain logs, and ensure cargo is secured and documented.
- Work with dispatch to meet delivery schedules and service expectations.
Earnings begin at 65 CPM with typical weeks around 2,500 miles and additional pay for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals. Fleet units are under three years old with APUs, inverters and sleepers, plus in-house maintenance. Home every two weeks; full benefits. CDL-A and 12+ months’ experience required.
