Dry Van Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Washington, DC
HMD Trucking is actively seeking skilled OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers for nationwide freight operations. We provide competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly miles averaging around 5,000. Our incentives include bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of OTR driving experience.
- Commitment to safety and a driver-focused team culture.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
