We are excited to announce an opening for an OTR Flatbed driver that offers an impressive compensation range of $2,200 to $2,700 per week, reflecting our recognition of the hard work and dedication our drivers bring to the table. Our drivers can expect to cover 2,800 to 3,200 miles weekly while enjoying generous home time, with three weeks on the road followed by three days off, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Requirements
- At least 8 months of verifiable and recent experience with Flatbed and Step deck trailers
- At least 23 years of age
- Not more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years(OOS inspections included)
- Not more than 1 accident at fault within the last 3 years
- No SAP/DUI/RTD
- No clearinghouse
Benefits
- 80 cpm or 30% from gross ($2200-$2700/week)
- 2800-3200 miles/week
- 3 weeks out, 3 days off
- Tarp load - $50
- Oversized load - $150
- Extra stop - $50
- Shipper/receiver layover when eligible - $100
- Detention pay - $25/hour, start after 3 unpaid hours and up to 7 hours total (4 paid hours)
- Freightliner/Volvo 2022-2026, AUTO, governed at 68mph, APU inverter fridge, double bunks
- 1-2 days orientation, flight is covered up to $250, hotel during orientation is covered
- Pet-friendly, passenger 18+ with passenger permit
- Referral bonus - $1000 total referral for Dry van and Reefer division
- $1500 total for Flatbed and stepdeck' paid in monthly equal installments
