Requirements

1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
Hazmat endorsement
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

CPM $0.77 Split
+$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
+$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
Orientation Pay: $150

Join an OTR team transporting Dry Van Hazmat freight across the country with a focus on safety and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner on Hazmat runs
Perform detailed truck inspections
Follow all federal and company procedures

Receive 77 CPM split pay plus 2 CPM Hazmat premium, weekly bonuses for clean inspections and safe miles, and referral rewards. Our fleet is under three years old and includes APUs, inverters, and sleepers, supported by dedicated in-house maintenance. Home every two weeks with full benefits: health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
