Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Trent, SD by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Join the Trent, SD contingent of HMD Trucking’s OTR HAZMAT fleet running coast-to-coast. Split pay starts at 77 CPM with an extra 2 CPM on hazardous freight.
Key Functions:
- Operate as a two-driver CDL A team on dry van HAZMAT lanes
- Maintain compliance with FMCSA and company safety standards
- Conduct meticulous pre-trip and post-trip checks
Achieve roughly 5,000 miles per week in trucks under three years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and sleeper cabs. Benefit from in-house maintenance support, safety and referral incentives, and a comprehensive benefits plan including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
