Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Council Bluffs, IA
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking a dedicated role that offers excellent home time and competitive compensation? Join American Trucking Group for dedicated Dollar Tree delivery routes throughout the Midwest and South, utilizing modern equipment and reaping substantial earning potential.
Home Time: Enjoy the benefit of being home weekly for a 34-hour reset with predictable schedules, ensuring quality family time and personal commitments.
Equipment: Drive modern 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths, equipped with 1,200-1,500 watt inverters. You have the option to park at terminals or take your truck home with secure parking available.
Touch Freight: Handle 100% touch freight deliveries to Dollar Tree locations, with 50-60% of operations involving drop and hook, while the remainder entails live unloading for varied daily tasks.
Pay and Miles: Drivers typically run around 1,800 miles and manage 4 loads, averaging $1,400 weekly after tax. Enjoy a $1,000 sign-on bonus along with additional pay including detention pay of $12.50/hour after the second hour and layover pay of $100/day (excluding Sundays).
Running Area: Our dedicated routes cover Dollar Tree deliveries throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana.
